I'm getting rid of my hoverboard...

This hoverboard has been sitting in this location in my room since about last August, I've decided that I'm probably not actually going to do anything with it. There's a few reasons that I don't think it's worth doing more with it:
  • Since the ESC's aren't the type that are easily re-programmable, I'd have to buy more ESC's.
  • The battery is a 36V battery which is not a voltage cheaper ESC's can handle. Since these are brushless motors, I could use a lower voltage battery. But this means I'd just have to buy another battery too.
  • It's taking up space in my room and I don't like it.
The point of this purchase was so that I wouldn't have to buy a bunch of other things anyways to get it to work. It seems now that if I were to buy a bunch of other stuff to support it, it defeats that purpose. (Plug: If you're interested in buying it you can try to contact me if you're in the Bay Area).

I think I have some smaller electronics projects I want to do soon, and they involve LED's
